By accessing or using this website, or by registering for Camp Meeting 2026, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register for the event.

Who we are

This site is operated by Dominion City Church Georgia (Dominion City North America), 300 Pinnacle Way, Norcross, GA. You can reach us through our contact page.

Use of the site

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this site for the purpose of learning about and registering for the event.

You agree not to use the site unlawfully; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; to scrape, harvest, or collect data by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing; to interfere with or disrupt the site; or to upload malicious code.

Event registration

Camp Meeting 2026 is a free event. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

Registration helps us plan for attendance but does not guarantee admission, seating, or any particular accommodation, all of which are subject to venue capacity and event rules. We may modify, reschedule, relocate, or cancel all or part of the event, and we may decline or revoke registration where reasonably necessary for safety or order.

While at the venue you agree to follow all venue and event rules and the directions of event staff.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Dominion City Church and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the registration and event information.

Third-party services and links

Some features rely on third-party services — for example, registration and attendee management through Planning Center / Church Center, hotel booking links, and links to our social media pages. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Communications

By registering or contacting us, you agree that we may send you messages related to the event and our ministry. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. If you opt in to text messages, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Disclaimers

The site and the event are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Content on this site is provided for general, devotional, and informational purposes and is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome or experience.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dominion City Church and its officers, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of your use of the site or your attendance at the event. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dominion City Church and its officers, staff, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Minors

This site is directed to adults. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to register themselves or to provide personal information directly. A parent or legal guardian registers on behalf of any children attending and is responsible for supervising them, except where children are in the care of our children's ministry (DC Kidz) during designated sessions. Privacy

Your use of the site and the event is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes

We may update the site and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make changes.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and the event. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it, and you may not assign these Terms without our consent.

Language

These Terms are provided in English and Spanish for your convenience. The English version is the official version and controls in the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the two.
