Founder, New Covenant Family Ministries

Rev. David Ogbueli is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Dominion City International, a global church family with congregations across Africa, Europe, and North America. He also serves as President of the Dominion Leadership Institute, where pastors and emerging ministers are trained for the work of the Gospel.

Rev. Ogbueli has spent more than three decades preaching, teaching, and discipling believers. His messages are known for their depth in the Word, their emphasis on dominion living, and the way they pull listeners out of religious abstraction into a working faith. Whether he is teaching from the pulpit, training pastors, or hosting national gatherings, the throughline is the same: every believer is called to walk in spiritual authority and bear visible fruit.

Outside the pulpit he is an author and prolific teacher whose published works include studies on covenant living, prophetic dominion, and leadership formation. His teaching has shaped a generation of ministers across Nigeria, the diaspora, and beyond.

At Camp Meeting 2026, Rev. Ogbueli returns as Founder and Host of the gathering at the Fertitta Center in Houston. He ministers alongside guest speakers and leads the Dominion City North America family in worship, teaching, and impartation.
