Dr. Randy Mitchell has spent more than three decades building and equipping the church across the nations. He serves as the International Director of One World Missions and as an adjunct professor of postgraduate studies at Bethany University, where his teaching draws from a working knowledge of more than sixty countries.

Mitchell's ministry is rooted in pastoral and missionary practice. After ten years in pastoral ministry he founded One World Missions, and he has since trained national leaders and walked alongside emerging pastors in regions where the Gospel had little prior infrastructure. His emphasis is unglamorous and consistent: the Great Commission is the assignment, the local church is the strategy, and discipleship is what makes mission durable.

His teaching schedule moves between conferences, leadership intensives, and the missions classroom, and he is a frequent guest at gatherings that prioritize the equipping of ministers over platform spectacle.
